Paychex Business Solutions - PEO

Does anyone have any previous experience with Paychex's PEO product? We're looking to outsource to them - we have 650+ employees and only 2.5 HR staff, and we could really save money on benefits to boot.

Any comments from those who do/have used them? Thanks!!

We used them from Dec 2002 until October 2003... THEY WERE HORRIBLE!! !REPORTS PRINT WRONG, 'TRAINERS' DO NOT KNOW THE PRODUCT, NOT USER FRIENDLY.... I POSTED A BUNCH ABOUT THEM A FEW MONTHS AGO,,, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. WE ARE A LARGE CO WITH 500 EES AND THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO SERVE US! THE REPTS ARE NOT HR FRIENDLY,,,,

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! OUR PAYROLL COORDINATOR HAD SO MANY PAYROLLS MESSED UP, WRONG, CHECKS NOT SHOWING RAISES.... I COULD GO ON AND ON!!!

We also are thinking about using their payroll and HR benefits services. I'd also love to hear comments from others with positive or negative experiences. One employer in my area had a lot of postive comments about the service. Now, I am a little nervous. Guess I missed the earlier posting about them.

We have had both Paychex and ADP. Had problems with both. We now have Payroll Manager out of Madison, Wisconsin. They are GREAT!

NEVER, NEVER use Paychex all previous comments are correct. They are a big huge company and have gone the way of many who JUST DON"T CARE!!!!!!!!
You will never get a hold of anyone and if you do they're only ability required for being hired by Paychex is to inhale oxygen.
The bitterness is warranted, I assure you!
