[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 11-18-03 AT 02:37PM (CST)[/font][br][br]I have an employee who had a heart attack -he had not worked long enough to be covered by FMLA. At the time of his illiness we were very slow in the location he worked in. This was three months ago - he was due to come back to work today - he came by the location and said the Dr. said he would not be released for another month. Over the last month things at this location have picked up and we need that position filled. Is there anything I should be aware of before I tell him we cannot hold his job any longer and send him COBRA?
