Anyone out there have a training matrix or a list of training subjects - either required or recommended, that you use for your employees.
I am working on a budget for our GM that addresses training for our employees. 95% of the training that I have done so far has been PP presentation that I have developed myself, but I would like to purchase some video to support/expand on what I have.
I've made a wish list but the GM wants to know if it is really necessary.
I have used advice etc from the forum in the past to help support my recommendation to our GM and it has helped sway him. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
