Need Help Quickly!

We have a DOT inspection today and I am just finding out that our Drug & Alcohol policy does not detail everything out that they want it to (pertaining to 49 CFR Part 382.601(a & b). Do any of you out there have any suggested "wording" in regards to that part? Any help would be great! Thanks.

It's too late to reword a policy if your audit is today. Incorporate the section by reference to satisfy the audit. Insert a clause incorporating the entirity of that CFR part and attach a copy right out of the CRR. They may mention a recommendation to you but they can't list it as a finding.
