Need Help Quick!

I have an employee who missed several days of work last week due to head lice. He returned after receiving prescription treatment but proceeded to tell the majority of his co-workers WHY he was absent. Upon return to work he gave his notice of resignation - his last day is Thursday of this week. Today we have our annual hearing tests and he is scheduled to be the first one of 2nd shift to go (the schedule was made before he went off work) and I have received numerous concerns from co-workers regarding their potential exposure to head lice due to having to use the same headphones as he does. Should I change his schedule to go last, do I let him go as scheduled or do I tell him not to take the test since he is leaving anyway. FYI - we did not receive a baseline on him last year as he was hired after the testing was done.
