Does anyone have a hire checklist that goes from job applicant to being a new hire employee. I have run into a problem where someone has made a job offer without checking all credentials and then had to turn around and reject the applicants offer after finding out that the applicant lied.

I have the book and it covers hiring thoroughly. I recommend it for anyone who likes checklists. I, for one, love checklists. I even bought a book called 104 Checklists for everyday life. Or something like that.

I guess I am such a scatter brain at times that check lists keep it all in perspective!

I keep two separate lists for the hiring process and the new hire orientation, just so I don't wast paper or a packet in the event that a candidate is not hired.
