Service Awards

Hello to all. I am looking into implementing a service anniversary award program at our local facility. We have one set up through our corporate offices, but, since we are a very decentralized company, I feel our employees would be much happier with some type of award that reflected the name of our local company, not our parent company. Can anyone share some of the things they are doing (i.e. 5 years, 10 years, etc.) and possibly some good companies that offer these types of gifts/awards, etc. I am in Indiana.
