Contract for Independent Contractor

We have not had an independent contractor work for us in many years. The old contract in file is totally not acceptable (pays by the hr, forbids working for more than one employer, etc.). Can anyone tell me where to find a sample form for an Independent Contractor contract?

    We recently had to update our contract for independent contractors. There was a precedent setting case in Montana regarding this issue and we contacted our attorney and asked him to give us a template. With all of the litigation regarding independent contractors in recent years, I think your best bet is to seek legal advice.
