Need advice for physical/drug screen in Columbus, IN area

I hope this is the right forum to place this. Our company is located in PA, but we are hiring an ee from the Columbus, IN, area. We normally do a physical/drug screen at a hospital near our office, but we don't know if this guy will be able to drive out from IN for this purpose. Can anyone recommend a facililty in the Columbus, IN area that could handle this for us?

I would find out from the facility that takes the specimen, which Lab they use for testing. Then contact that Lab and ask for "Partner" companies in Columbus.
