Accrued Time Pay Out Deadline

In NJ can someone tell me what the maximum length of time the employer has in which to pay the employee for their accrued time after they resign? I believe it is the next regular pay period after the current one. (This is a union contract and there is language that permits the employee to be paid for up to 30 days of accrued time upon resignation/layoff.)
