This question goes out to the Human Resource professionals in the Healthcare Industry. I am looking for information regarding the class of employees known as PRN Per Required Needs that work for most healthcare organizations. I am searching for a definition of PRN as well as guidelines for the employer to follow when hiring employees under this classification.
