Front-End Loader/ Wheel Loader

I was wondering if any one has a test in regards to front-end loaders/wheel loaders? If you do could you please share it with me.

We have crews that use heavy equipment - backhoes, loaders, etc. If they say they have experience, we check with the former employer. If they don't, there is no test to give, since they don't know how to operate the heavy equipment.

If they claim to have experience, let them give you a demo if your liability will allow.

We will be training our people on the front-end/wheel loader. Just thought if some one had a quiz already made up they would share.
