Canadian New Hire

I am employed by a Washington based company licensed to do business in Washington, Oregon, and California. The president of our company intends to hire a Canadian resident who will reside and work in Canada. I want to ensure that we are in complete compliance to do this However, I am unsure of all the required forms that this individual will need to complete. Is there a specific website, other than INS that would have compliance regulations posted?
