Severance Agreement in Florida

Anything I need to know about putting together a severance agreement for an employee in Florida? It's for an employee at one of our small subsidiaries and I'm not quite versed in all of FL employment law.

No special provisions in Florida. If the person is over 40, be sure to follow the ADEA guidelines. We don't provide the check/payment until the ADEA waiting period is over. If the person changes their mind, you may not be able to get the money back.
