Vehicle Policy - Nonprofit Agency

Good Morning
Does anyone out there have an updated vehicle policy specifically covering care and maintenance issues, including perhaps a mini pre-trip/general company vehicle inspection prior to driving, also including reporting procedures for mechanical problems, that they would like to share with me please? I have started mine, and I did use some of Margaret Morford's great example policy, under the policy manual area of this site, and I found some additional resources on various different H.R. Sites, but any additional input would be greatly appreciated! I am drafting one for one of our nonprofit agencies that has had specific problems in the above-listed two areas, so I was trying to supply them with a really comprehensive, yet simple one to help them out.
