Salaried, Exempt Employee Needs Part-time Job

We have an employee that is, unfortunately going through some financial difficulties and is looking for a part time job. This is an exempt, salaried employee and an hourly, part time job has opened up and she wants it. She also wants to be paid a flat fee for this work and my question is this: What are the legalities involved in this scenario? Will she need to be completely re-classified as non-exempt and be eligible for overtime pay if she takes the part time job or is this a workable solution at all. I need some guidance as soon as possible.
