Apparently the 2002 Minnesota State SHRM Conference didn't learn their lesson last year and decided to ask me back to speak again! I'm actually going to be doing two presentations for them. (Boy, are they gluttons for punishment!) Their conference is September 29th in St. Cloud. My topics are "Getting in Front of the Elephant - How to Earn Respect for Human Resources" and "Heart of a Lion - Management Courage." I hope some of you Forumites will be there so I get to meet you face to face.
