For those of you on the Forum playing your own really weird version of "Where's Waldo," I will also be speaking at the 2003 North Carolina State SHRM Conference. The conference is in Greensboro on September 23th and my topic is "Running With the Big Dogs - How to Make HR a Strategic Player."
