Love triangle = Violence away from work

Someone told our employee that his girlfriend (also our employee) was having an affair with a temporary employee on her shift. Well, our employee spotted his girlfriend a short distance from our premises, walking to work with the other man. He allegedly confronted the two of them and became violent. The “affair” couple ran to our premises after being bloodied and called the police. The boyfriend didn’t show up for his next shift reportedly because he is in jail for domestic violence. The girlfriend has filed for a restraining order but they will see each other at shift changes. I don’t want to expose our company to any liability for negligent retention, future violence, restraining order violations, etc. What can I do?
