When our company administrative broker calls and ask our benefit administrator
technical questions pertaining to employees health situations,ie cancer, serious health situations, pregnancy etc. are we allowed to provide them with that information? We are a self-insured company. Please help if at all possible.

You can provide utilization reports as long as there are no names or any other way for the receiver to identify who the information belongs to. The PHI can not be indentifiable. Hope this helps.
