Training Library

I'm looking at putting together an employee training library and I'm looking for suggestions/recomendations as to what I should include.

All topics will be considered from personal improvement, harassment, workplace violence, team work and more!

There is so much to choose from, I'm not sure who is better than what.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
