FLSA Proposed Regs

Hi

Does anyone know that status of the proposed FLSA regs? My boss told me that they've been approved but I haven't heard or read anything other than they are still under consideration.

I figured if anyone would you - you all would!!!!

This proposal is not yet law......... Last Friday, House Republicans defeated a Democratic blocking tactic that was underway to block the proposed statute changes. It now has to go to the Senate for deliberations........

I really didn't think it was "Law" yet but stranger things have been known to happen.
