We are new to employing DOT qualified/certified personnel. The regulations seem massive.

Does anyone have a checklist on maintaining files in case one is audited?

I'd like to have the proper procedures in place prior to such an event.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations Management Edition book is very complete on DOT regulations, including file requirements. You can get one through several places, including JJ Keller .
