Wage Rate Survey

I'm in the process of developing a wage rate strategy for our company. My problem is that I use a wage survey from the local Chamber of Commerce but the categories are not really applicable in a lot of the areas pertinent to my business(ex: inside sales,phone sales,etc.) Where can I look? We are situated in Southern Indiana. Thanks for the help

This may not be much help, but our business association (for us Mass. Bankers) does an annual wage and benefits survey that we participate in and receive feed back from. We find this much more useful than the Chamber survey.
