Coercion

We recently had an audit of one of our programs and one area that had been reviewed and recommendations made were for efficiency happened to fall in the category of General Administration.
The auditors are looking for a copy of the agency personnel records with the item pertaining to coercion. I've been unsuccessful trying to locate any information. We are a non-profit agency and I was wondering how any of you "assuring that employees are protected against coercion for partisan political purposes", and are prohibited from using their official authority for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election or a nomination for office. We have nothing in our personnel records conforming with state or federal regulations. If anyone would care to share, I'd be grateful.
Thanks!
