Employee Self Service System

We are thinking about adding an ee self service feature to our HRIS and payroll. Have any of you tried this? We are looking at the ADP/HR Perspective ESS. If you are using this type of system, what features do you give ee access to? Thank you for any help on this topic.

    We don't, but we are considering ADP's product "Benefits Expert" which is a self serve benefits program. Pricey - and I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it.

    I'm interested to see what everyone else has to say - about either type of product.

    Excluding Preschool Directors and Assistant Directors, the employees never use a computer at work, except to clock in and out every day. Will they use a self serve program?
