Hi

Does anyone have a good sample severance agreement I could look at. I need one that is OBWPA compliant for a worker over 40 and one that is for someone under 40.

    I can forward one to you Ken, but it is designed primarily for Mi. The fedearl stuff will be useful though. Let me know if you wanat it faxed or Em'd. E mail will depend on how quickly my sectry can get to it. The only differebnce in tht over 40 and under is the OWBA language, waitin time, attorney advice, and change mind time.
