Any liability issues here?

I must say this is a totally different environment than what I am used to so I am not sure what rules apply. I work for a gaming company and one of our sales people asked if he could bring in his 16 year old son in the afternoons for about a month. He would not be paid of course- but he would be playing our video games in the back (where there are several others that do get paid.) I do not see a problem with this and upper management has given their ok- I am just wondering if I am missing something...Any liability issues?
