Does anyone have a good source - or article - that would help them learn to separate their youthful behavior from professional situations?? Thanks!

    I do not. However, I have had the same exact problem with 'old' sales staff who cannot separate their youthful behavior from professional situations. I would not continue to concentrate on trying to curb or redirect behaviors based on youth. I think the approach would be to center on company expectations, sexual harassment, company entertainment policy and presentations from a consultant or sales professional on 'successful approaches to professional sales calls, presentations and closing'.
