One of our employees returned home with her daughter in April to Honduras on emergency family leave .This employee has a US work permit that expires July 5th. Now, we have been informed that the employee has been stuck in Mexico, because the daughter lost some identity paperwork. We have no idea when they will be able to get out of Mexico.

It sounds cruel, but I told the Production Supervisor that the Company will need proof of a new Work Permit after July 5th. Without it, this employee will be out of a job also.
