Does anyone have a policy for random drug/alcohol screening for contract employees that are on a DOT assignment?

It should be the same policy that applies to your normal employees who are covered by DOT regulations, nothing different. By the way, every time I see your screen name, at first I think it's HR MADMAN. I read too fast, I know.
Some days (as anyone in HR knows)it does drive you mad (that's why they won't let me have sharp objects anymore).
