I'm on the road again in my neverending quest to meet Forum members face-to-face. I will be the lunch and keynote speaker for the 2003 New York State SHRM Conference. I'll be doing "Running with the Big Dogs - How to Make HR a Strategic Player." The conference is July 24th in Buffalo, New York. If any of you will be there, please come introduce yourself! I'd love to meet any Forumite "live and in person."

I have heard through a member of the NY SHRM board that it will be in Saratoga next year. It is beautiful there!
