If you have an employee who is out on active duty and that employee is participating in your 401k plan, is the employer required to continue making the matching contribution for that employee while the employee is out or does the company make up the match after the employee returns? This is assuming the compnay is making a match.

Our company contributes 10 percent with no match from the employee, and it's based on gross wage. No wage, no match.
