Full time - strictly commission employee

We have a person we are thinking of changing job status on. He would be full time, commission only. Are we requred to pay benefits, for example, vacation? If so, how would we calculate the amount of vacation time due?

You wouldn't generally be required to provide benefits like vacation. The easiest way to calculate vacation benefits IF you wish to provide them might be to make the pay a percentage of his/her annual earnings and let the employee control the actual amount of time off.
