Washington State Jury Award 4 Million for Gender Discrimination

Our HR Dept. asked that we track down this case...All I know is that the verdict was handed down sometime in May...and involved a woman and ABM Industries/Janatorial Services.

If any one has any additional info...i would appreciate it.

From what I can gather Cheryl Forbes claimed gender discrimination after ABM Industries turned her down for promotions which she was qualified for in favor of less qualified male employees. ABM Industries has already announced it's intention of appealing the verdict. Here are two links I found about this case.
