Educational Leave of Absence

I am in the process of establishing a tuition reimbursement program and
some type of scholarship program for employees interested in becoming
a radiology tech. In order for the employee to attend school, they will
not be able to work, so I need to establish an educational leave of absence.
Does anyone have something like this? The whole purpose is so that the employee
will continue working here as a tech after they complete school. Ideas?????
