We have standarized interview questions for various positions within our company. We do not have a standard set of questions for manager applicants. Are there any of you that have these questions and would be willing to share them with us? Thanks.

The best HR mind I ever worked for had one interview question. Just one. He might ask for clarification throughout your answer, but you had one initial question to go on.

"Start with the first job you ever had, and tell me about your work experience up to the present. Be as detailed as you like"

Through that one question, he gleaned a lot about your sense of accomplishment, priorities, and life's disappointments.
