A question regarding an employee who is paid by commission(not contract)...she was paid a commission on a life insurance policy she sold, and the commission was charged back to the employer, because the policy was either surrendered by the customer or payment lapsed, which made the policy void. After commission payment was made, the employee left employment with our company, and soon after a 100% chargeback was sent to the employer.

Is there a way to recover the 100% chargeback that the employer received from the insurance company?
