Are there any state or federal requirements that employment posters be placed on a company's intranet site for those employees who work from home and do not see the posters posted in the workplace? We do business in all states.

I am not aware of any. We have outside employees and we only post at the site and not on our intranet site. We are in Kansas.......Jean
