I would like to know what other companies are doing when exempt salaried staff take time off without pay called a "voluntary furlough". You do not lose any benefits or seniority. You could take a week off without pay or adjust your 5 day work week to 4. You continue to accrue vacation time. Any problems associated or experienced?
