blind friendly timeclock system

My company hires visually impaired employees. These range from totally blind to being able to drive a car (however they are still legally blind). We are looking for a timeclock system that is "blind friendly". Most have a screen which is okay for sighted folks but doesn't help a totally blind person. Looking for something with audio feedback other than just different beeps for a good or bad swipe. So far ADP hasn't been too helpful.
