Hiring Practices

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 04-24-03 AT 12:28PM (CST)[/font][p]We are re-working our written hiring practices. Do any of you have some well-written sample policies for your hiring practices that you would be willing to share? Or some sage advice about things to include here?

I don't post often but do consider this forum a valuable resource tool.

    I'm sure one of our forum monitor's can help you. M. Lee Smith Publishers, must have something. Besure to put everything in your new hiring policy that you want, when you write it. Saves you from having to go back later and fix the situation. Items like post offer drug tests, pre-offer background checks,post offer physicals, contingencies, etc. should probably be addressed.
