Parenthetically I will point out that most of James' references were about Christianity, Baptism and Baptist. Let's watch the disparate impact.

Now Don D, let's not get to hard on James. He also mentioned atheists and agnostics and even used both male and female examples. I think he was trying to be as non-discriminatory as possible. He did however make several references that for the tough questions, you should talk to your HR dept. Why does everyone think that we know everything or DO WE?
