TN Separation Agreement Requirements

Hi All -
Is anyone aware of unique Tennessee requirements when it comes to Separation Agreements (general release of claims)? I've got all the federal and local employment law bases covered, but I want to be sure I have not overlooked any particular civil code elements relevant to this jurisdiction. (i.e. CA agreements should contain reference to Civil Code 1542....A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE...) Anything similar in TN?
Thanks for any feedback.
