Hiring Procedures Policy

We are in the process of developing policies (oh no!). Do any of my colleagues out there have a hiring procedures policy they would like to share with me to aid in the development of our own? It would help a lot! Thanks.

njjel: You know how talented the Forum is when it comes to suggestions; but, as Ritaanz so artfully stated last week, we don't have crystal balls. Can you be a little more specific?

Sure. We are looking to develop a policy beginning with how HR comes aware of an open position, to posting it, to who receives the resumes, to who interviews the candidates all the way through to who calls the applicant to advise them they have the job! Thanks.
