I can't spell it, but, am wanting to get from you a reasonable explanation of what a 'Kaizan Event' is. I'm told this is a Japanese concept having something to do with forming group work ethic and instilling a sense of pride in product. Am I totally off base? Have any of you got this going on? What's your frank opinion of its value? No Haiku jokes please.

Don don't know if you can have them "Kaizen Events" in Mississippi. Thinkin there might be a law against it.

Actually, my friend, you will find that we are the only state without a burdensome and restrictive Department of Labor. The bill fails each year. We are not bound by the multitude of duplicative and employere-unfriendly laws that most of you suffer with. This is one time we're glad to be last. But, you're probably right on that one being banned. Thanks Peyton for the heads up. x:-)
