Yoga Instructor

We have had a Voga instructor volunteer to give free classes to our staff, I was wondering if anyone had input on what wording would be used in an agreement with the instructor addressing liability. As always, thank you for your time and have a great day!

    I think I would require a certificate of insurance from her insurance broker outlining her general liability coverage, etc. and naming your co. as an additional insured. I would also ask her to sign an agreement indemnifying your company against any claims that may arise from injuries suffered by your employees. I'm not at all sure about the workers' comp angle on this, but suspect that if they're participating during their lunch hour on company premises or that type of thing, I would definitely want as much insulation between a claim and the company as I could get.

    Or maybe I'm just paranoid. x;-)
