My employer has a federal contract (1000+ EEs); Is any of the following training mandatory?

Diversity, Workplace Violence, or Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment is mandatory; I cover the other topics as well. For the time spent it's just a good insurance policy. We have 800+ employees. It was mentioned that the 10 Danger Zones series is good; I agree. All of the topics are in the series.

While it has nothing to do with being a federal contractor, OSHA has certain regulations regarding what you need to do about workplace violence as an employer. If you are open to the public, you need to do some education under the OSHA regs. You might want to check it out or call you local OSHA office.
