Military leave

One of our employees, who is in the Army Reserve, just got called up to go to Turkey. She is only 21 years old, and the news has unnerved all of us. Firstly, we are concerned about her safety and well being, secondly, I want to ask about the responsibilites we have as her employer. Aside from holding her job and continuing her benefits, it there anything else we are obligated to do?
