International employee

We have a company in AZ and other in China. One of the employees in China is coming for training in the AZ facility. We are already working on visas etc.
What are our obligations with this employee while he is here ( not counting, temporary living, transportation, compensation etc..) I already know that our worker's comp insurance will cover him here while in training. How about if he gets hit by a car (I always think about everything) or chinese holidays etc. This is new for me.
